Payroll Analyst (Oracle), Atlanta, GA

To support our tremendous growth in both Public Sector and Commercial
Sectors, we are actively looking to expand our consultant staffing and have
an immediate opening for a Payroll Analyst that would like to take their
career to a higher level and move into the Oracle consulting arena. The
ideal candidate would have experience in implementation and support of
Oracle’s payroll system. Understanding and experience with other HRMS
modules a plus. Candidate must have a high level of motivation and energy,
be able to think outside the box and be willing to take ownership of their
work.

Prefer candidates who are able to travel weekly on a regional/national
basis in support of assigned projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
----------------
* Strong Payroll processing experience with in-depth
knowledge/understanding of US Payroll regulations and tax laws
* 3-5+ Years of experience supporting/working with Oracle Applications
* Specialized Oracle Payroll Module implementation experience and support
* Experience with data conversion and interface design
* Strong communication and people skills

OPTIONAL/ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
---------------------------
* Experience with Oracle Public Sector (Govt.) Apps
* Implementation/Support experience with other Oracle HRMS modules
* CPP Certification
* 4 Year/BS degree (or equivalent training/experience)
* Experience with papers presentation at conferences
